A week’s worth of workouts

Happy Monday, friends! While it’s dreary and rainy today, I am ready to knock out this week and celebrate a long weekend with friends and family!

I also just won tickets to Holiday World at work, so this week is off to a great start.

Last week was not the greatest in terms of fitness. While I still got out and moving almost every day, workouts were either cut short due to the crazy heat or time constraints. I’m hoping this week brings a lot better runs/workouts.

Monday– 3 HOT HOT HOT miles. Running 100 degree sucks. Thank goodness for lots of water breaks.

Tuesday– MH60 Fat Fury workout dvd.

Wednesday– Rest.

Thursday– 3 miles. My Garmin was dead, so I was running blind, which was a nice change of pace.

Friday– Rest.

Saturday– 2ish easy miles around the park.

Sunday– 30 minutes of MH60 Total Body Transformation workout dvd.
