Indoor total body workout

Hi friends! Popping in today with a quick and fun workout I made up over the weekend. Even though I ran on Saturday, I wanted to get in more of a strength workout on Sunday.

In track one of my favorites workout was a ladder. Run 1000m, 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m and then back up. 

With that in mind, I made my own at-home workout that focused on a plank ladder.

20 crunches, 60 second plank
10 pushups, 45 second plank
30 seconds of mountain climbers, 30 second plank
20 squats, 15 second plank

REPEAT x3.

By the end of this workout I was drenched in sweat and felt I got in a pretty good total body workout. (I have basically no upper body strength, so pushups are killer for me)
