Hi friends! I know I’m checking in a lot later than normal today, but it’s just been one of those weeks! (and it’s only Tuesday!)
I love any type of circuit-style workouts. So here is a quick one for you! I love how they move quickly and fight exercise boredom, but they also get my rear in gear! I am always a sweaty mess after a circuit workout.
One of the best part about circuit workouts is that many of them require no gym equipment and those that do can usually be slightly altered so you can do them at home in your living room.
