Upper body workout and pizza

Hi friends! Popping in real fast on this cold Sunday afternoon.

My arms still hurt from Saturday’s intense upper body workout. I used a Bosu ball for chest presses, then some free weights for curls and and some tricep pushups and dips. I really need to work on my upper body strength and this was a good place to start.

After I was done, I watched some the Kentucky vs. Kansas pregame on ESPN while waiting for my dad to get done.

Once we got done at the gym, we headed to Donatos! A new to Owensboro pizza place. It was delicious we even had some leftovers for tonight.

Today will be spent inside out of the cold, rain and snow. Now I’m off to meal prep for the week ahead!
